Greetings,

Dark Echo is a band of CMDR's that stands up for the rights average and decent CMDR's without regard for faction alliance etc.  Despite our loyalty to any particular galactic power, we feel that your organization often reflects our value system.  To cite an example, our warriors just completed Operation CODEbreaker, resulting in the death of one CODE member and the retreat of others.  We do this for the free commanders of the verse, and we will continue to disrupt pirate operations when and where possible.  To that end, we submit that coordinating our efforts may occasionally result in benefits for Alliance interests as well as those of Dark Echo.  We await a word as to whether or not your leadership wishes to negotiate a treaty and outline shared goals.  CMDR Rik3r out.

Great work Commanders! Is there a sight where you gentlemen might be contacted? Ive been concerned about player pirate groups finding and disrupting people who build up independent systems. If I can help or if there is a need for assistance from any of the independents id like to keep communication open.
